You can cancel your FortisAlpha subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain full access to all features and content associated with your subscription until the end of your billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, you can use the billing portal provided within your account dashboard, which is powered securely by Paddle.
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access provided to our proprietary AI models and data, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
All charges for subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure that the service meets your requirements before committing to a paid plan.
In rare cases of technical errors resulting in double billing or incorrect charges caused by our payment processor (Paddle), we will investigate and issue a refund for the erroneous charge. Such claims must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
